インドネシア・エネルギー鉱物資源省（MEMR）との地熱マスタープラン策定に関する覚書に署名＜English follows＞

東洋エンジニアリング株式会社（取締役社長　細井 栄治、以下TOYO）は、インドネシア共和国において、同国エネルギー鉱物資源省（以下MEMR）と、地熱マスタープラン策定に協力するための覚書を締結いたしました。

地熱エネルギーはグリーン燃料の生産において大きな可能性を秘めており、カーボンニュートラル社会実現のための再生可能エネルギーとして期待されています。TOYOは、この地熱エネルギーの可能性を最大限に活用する“カーボンニュートラルパーク”*実現のための取り組みを推進しています。このたびMEMRとの間で、インドネシア政府が目標とするNet Zero Emission (NZE) 2060に即して、MEMRの地熱マスタープラン策定に協力するための覚書を締結いたしました。この取り組みによって、インドネシア・日本の両国政府の一層の関係強化に寄与するとともに、当社及び当社グループの地熱開発における取り組みを加速させていきます。

Signing A Letter of Intent for Indonesian Geothermal Master Plan between The Survey and Testing Center for Electricity, New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation of The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (BBSP KEBTKE), and Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO)
Toyo Engineering Corporation (TOYO, President and CEO Eiji Hosoi) has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with The Survey and Testing Center for Electricity, New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation of The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Head of The Survey and Testing Center Mr. Harris, S.T., M.T.).

Geothermal energy, as a renewable energy, holds immense potential including the production of green fuels, and plays a pivotal role in achieving a carbon neutral society. In line with our ongoing efforts to fully harness this geothermal potential and realize the “Geothermal Carbon Neutral Park”*, we are honored to announce the conclusion of a Letter of Intent between the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR), and TOYO. The LOI aims to develop a Geothermal Master Plan in alignment with Indonesia’s Net Zero Emission (NZE) 2060 targets. Through this development, we aspire to further strengthen the relationship between the Indonesian and Japanese governments, and accelerate the growth of TOYO and its group company’s geothermal business.
