UBIC files for a $46 million IPO – NASDAQ.com

UBIC, a provider of Asian-language eDiscovery solutions and services, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $46 million in an initial public offering. The Tokyo, Japan-based company, which was founded in 2003 and booked $67 million in sales for the 12 months ended 6/30/2012, plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol UBIC. Baird and William Blair are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
