でんちゃん　こんにちは

目黒川は護岸工事が進み、調整池も出来て洪水時に悦流する事
も無くなりましたが、相変わらず流れている水は汚いです。

上辺だけ綺麗に変わっても、根本的に変わらなければ
駄目って事ですね！
